Recent Developments

Our campus has undergone several creative and cutting-edge developments in recent years in response to an expanding community and increasing demand in enrollments. Our Atheneum building, whose vast, light spaces were nominated for several awards, caters to a large range of subject areas and activities including state-of-the-art sporting facilities (Olympic pool, cardio gym and conditioning centre, which houses our coaches and trainers). It also features a large, exceptionally appointed kitchen, where students from Kindergarten to Year 12 cook up a storm.

Heritage Buildings

Many of the buildings including Woodstock for Kindergarten to Year 3, were purpose-built. Others are beautiful old homes with heritage features, that have been adapted into inviting classroom spaces. They include our Boarding House, which provides a real sense of home while being firmly planted in the heart of the School campus.

The Independent Theatre is a beautiful old building with a heritage listing and a long tradition of hosting fabulous performing arts events within its art deco walls.

Further Resources

For larger athletics activities, the vast and pretty St Leonards Park is right next door. Though a non-denominational school, we celebrate our significant milestone events at St Thomas’ Church, which is just moments away.

Connection with nature has been paramount in the design of the our layered gardens with their carp ponds, Japanese-style bridges and prominent amphitheater meeting-space.
