Dance is studied as an elective academic subject from Year 9, engaging students in a comprehensive program through to HSC level. In its inaugural year, Wenona’s 2023 HSC Dance students achieved a remarkable six CALLBACK nominations. Our dancers are also supported through a wide range of performance opportunities and workshops.
Extra-curricular Dance
Extra-curricular Dance at Wenona consists of a comprehensive program for students in Kindergarten to Year 12, taught on campus after school. Both Open and Eisteddfod programs are available, with Eisteddfod offered from Year 4. As with all performing arts activities, there are many performance and competition opportunities.
