Scholarships For Entry In [XXXX]
Music Scholarship applicants are required to register for the Scholarship Exam as well as submit a Music Scholarship application.
Please note that Music Scholarship applicants are not required to submit a Wenona Application for Enrolment form at this stage.

The Process:
- Register for the Scholarship Test online by [XXXX]. Registration for the Scholarship Test is $115.
- Submit a Music Background Form (PDF ) by [XXXX].
- Sit the Scholarship Test online on [XXXX]. Full details will be sent to all applicants by email one week prior to the exam date, including how to sit a practice test online.
- If selected, attend a Music Scholarship Audition (by invitation only) at Wenona on [XXXX]. Music Scholarship applicants are invited to read our General Information for Music Scholarship Applicants (PDF ) to assist with audition preparation.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview, following the audition.
- It is expected that Scholarship offers will be sent to recipients by [XXXX].

Wenona Academic Scholarships offer full or part remission of tuition fees, and are offered at the discretion of the Principal on the basis of the Scholarship Exam results and subsequent interviews.
Please note that Academic Scholarship applicants are not required to submit a Wenona Application for Enrolment form at this stage.

Please note that we do not require academic scholarship applicants to submit a Wenona Application for Enrolment form, nor a portfolio, in addition to the Academic Scholarship application process outlined above.
Boarding Scholarships provide full or part remission of boarding fees. They are offered at the discretion of the Principal on the basis of the Boarding Scholarship application (portfolio-style, with a means-testing component), and the interviews which may follow.

The Wenona Foundation administers a number of means-tested Scholarships to create additional opportunities for girls who might otherwise be unable to attend the School.

The DalCorp Scholarship is available for students commencing in Year 7 (Years 9 or 11 will also be considered). It covers tuition fees for the duration of the student’s schooling at Wenona, subject to satisfactory progress in all areas of School life.
The successful applicant must demonstrate leadership potential, intellectual curiosity, academic and co-curricular aptitude, good character, and values that are commensurate with Wenona's ethos.
The Renaissance Women's Scholarship is available for students commencing in Year 7 (Years 9 or 11 will also be considered). It covers tuition fees and is awarded at the discretion of the Principal.
The successful applicant must demonstrate academic ability, the characteristics of the Renaissance Woman, values commensurate with the ethos of Wenona, co-curricular aptitude, and a sense of purpose through connection to the community.

Applications for the [XXXX] Wenona Foundation Scholarships are now [XXXX].
These Scholarships are not dependent on a generational connection to Wenona.
- The Barbara Jackson Scholarship is a means-tested Scholarship providing 50% remission of academic tuition fees for Years 11 and 12. It is open to both current Wenona students and external applicants who are in Year 10 in [XXXX]. Provided by the Wenona Alumnae Association, it is in memory of, and in tribute to the extraordinary contribution of Miss Barbara Jackson MBE, who led Wenona for a remarkable 28 years, from 1967 to 1994. The Barbara Jackson Scholarship will be awarded to a young woman who demonstrates considerable dedication to all aspects of educational life including academic studies, community service activities, the arts, sport and leadership.
- The Wenona Alumnae Inc. Scholarship is awarded to a Wenona Senior College student who is in Year 10 in [XXXX]. It provides $5,000 in Year 11, with the potential for renewal in Year 12, subject to the recipient’s continued satisfactory progress. The ideal candidate embodies Wenona's motto, Ut Prosim, that I may serve, through their actions and contributions to the School community. Selection for this Scholarship is on the basis of academic achievement (with a particular emphasis on effort), demonstrated leadership qualities, active contribution across all aspects of School life and a genuine commitment to service. This Scholarship is not granted on the basis of a generational connection to Wenona. The Wenona Alumnae Inc. Scholarship also provides the runner-up $1,000 in Year 11 and, subject to satisfactory progress in all areas of School life, an additional $1,000 in Year 12.
