Wenona’s Athletics team has truly done us proud at the IGSA Championships.
We were wowed by:
- 32 finalists
- 8 medal winners
- Many Personal Bests
And … Wenona joint fifth overall!
Congratulations to all the athletes, including the following girls for their placings:
- Two gold medals for Maya in the 15 years 100m and 200m
- Silver for Siarra in the 12 years 80m hurdles, Taylah in the 16 years shotput and Sarah in the 18 years shotput
- Bronze for Ella in the 12 years 800m, Annabelle in the 15 years 800m and Ava in the 15 years 90m hurdles.
